There is a little phrase I like to use about what I do through my powerful blend of coaching and mentoring around lifestyle, mindset and nutrition – I take women by the hand and let them fall (back) in love with themselves.
Many of the women I work with are feeling lonely and disconnected, many have body image or weight issues, many are ex pats away from friends, family and familiar surroundings, a lot are entrepreneurs some are in corporate management.
I specialise in helping women change their view of themselves, in whatever area is lacking – their body, their work, their relationships in other words their life – help them to enjoy this wonderful gift of life that we are all given – to relax into it.

Karen asked me to come down to Morocco and join her as a photographer for her Unique & Exquisite Events journey called “Journey of the senses”.
The tour was indeed a unique and an exquisite treat for all senses! I was absolutely blown away by the places we visited and stayed at; from the beautiful riad and the rose harvest in the Dades valley to the gorgeous luxurious tents among the sand dunes of the Sahara desert! To see the sunrise over the dunes in the desert by camelback will remain a memory for life and Morocco is a stunning country with wonderful people, food and architecture.
Karen has a very fine-tuned sense for everything that goes on around you and makes sure all is organised to perfection; that everyone is comfortable and that the food, tours and hotels are of the highest quality and standards.
Karen is an enormously experienced organiser with a background in both haut cuisine and hospitality. She´s such a lovely and caring person and I´m hoping to make many more journeys with her and Unique & Exquisite Events in the future!
